Privacy policy
IB Solutions uses the information you share to discuss, prototype, and manage work for you. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Information we collect
When you contact us or use project chat, we may receive your name, email, phone number, project details, messages, requirements, and files or decisions you choose to share. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image so we can create and secure your workspace.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, prepare and deliver prototypes, maintain your conversations and project records, improve the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Storage and service providers
Authentication and client-workspace records are hosted with Supabase. The website and its server functions are hosted with Vercel. Google provides Google sign-in. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, with IB Solutions personnel working on your request, when required by law, or when you direct us to. We retain records while they are useful for your engagement, security, and legal needs, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your client-workspace information by emailing isaiah@ibsolutions.ai. You can also sign out at any time. Do not submit passwords, private keys, or other secrets in project chat.
