These terms govern your use of the IB Solutions website, project chat, and client workspace. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Prototype requests
You may describe an idea and request a prototype. Free prototyping is offered for qualifying projects at our discretion. A request, chat, or prototype does not by itself create a paid engagement, delivery commitment, partnership, or guarantee of launch.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You give IB Solutions permission to use them to evaluate, design, build, test, and discuss the requested work. You represent that you have the right to share them. Do not submit passwords, private keys, regulated data, or material you are not authorized to disclose.
Prototypes and paid work
Prototypes may be incomplete, experimental, or unsuitable for production. Commercial terms, ownership of deliverables, support, confidentiality, security requirements, and deployment responsibilities will be governed by a separate written agreement when applicable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit illegal or harmful content, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Availability and liability
The website and prototype tools are provided as available without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IB Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of these public tools.
Changes and contact
